You miss your ex, and wonder how they feel about you. It probably doesn't make sense for you to make the first move and check on them, right?! Maybe you are so hurt that you expect your ex to make the first move and it just doesn't feel right to take control. You think it will show you as vulnerable and exposed.
With an anonymous clue, you can share your feelings with your ex. Nevertheless, we will make them think that it is actually somebody else writing them, telling them how you feel. Here is how it works:

Take a moment to write down your feelings about your ex. Make sure you write it as if it's from another person (see examples bellow).
