REFUND POLICY

 

Our 100% guarantee is offered for a case you pay for the service and did not get any result / answer.

In this case, we will ask you to send us a refund request. In return we'll send you a short questioner to figure out the reason for your request and its justification. Shortly after the acceptance of your filled questioner, we'll make sure you get the refund.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, in general or under the money back guarantee.

To be eligible for a regular refund, your result must be unavailable for you to download / review from our website or from an email sent to you after sending us an email claiming that you are unable to get the result.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through the contact form.


Sale items and / or items purchased using coupon codes (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and / or items purchased using coupon codes - cannot be refunded.
